NEW animated film written by Ryuho Okawa and directed by Anime veteran Isamu Imakake, will hit theaters in Japan on October 12th, with a limited theatrical release in North America. Follow-up to 2015’s The Laws of the Universe Part 0.

No. 1 at the Japanese Box Office for two consecutive weeks

After the harrowing events at NAZCA Academy, Ray, Anna, Tyler, Halle, and Eisuke (now college students) remain steadfast in their mission to protect the Earth from invading Reptilian forces. Tyler, having been captured by Dahar (a being from the dark side of the universe), compels Ray to travel back 330 million years, where he witnesses Alpha, God of the Earth, uniting diverse civilizations of time and space. One who is promised sanctuary is Zamza, a Reptilian Queen from the Magellanic Clouds. Thus, confirming Reptilian dominion on Earth, and sowing plans of future conquest.

Eleven Arts Anime Studio will be distributing the sci-fi and action anime film The Laws of the Universe - Part I, a sequel of The Laws of the Universe - Part 0, in the US and Canada. The LA-based distribution company Eleven Arts Anime Studio has set October 12th, 2018, as the simultaneous World Premiere date with Japan.


HS Pictures Studio is a Tokyo, Japan - based animation production studio established in 2009. HS Pictures Studio released the animation movie, The Mystical Laws in 2013, and The Laws of the Universe - Part 0 in 2015. The Mystical Laws qualified for the 85th Academy Awards Best Animated Feature, and has received the 2013 REMI Special Jury Award at the 46th WorldFest Houston International Film Festival. This is the first full length animated feature in Japan to have received this award. Also, The Laws of the Universe - Part 0 qualified for the 88th Academy Awards Best Animated Feature, and was nominated for the 10th Dingle International Film Festival for Animation Dingle: Animated Feature Film.
